We encourage you to review our Terms & Conditions before placing an order with us. By accessing and using this website to order a product or commission us for a custom order, you indicate that you agree to be bound by our terms outlined below. These terms may be revised without advance notice. Please check back here for any updates.
ordering info
We are only open for custom fursuit orders at set dates we announce during the year, during that time our order form is active and can be submitted for your custom price quote. Slots are always limited and we tend to fill up very quickly; orders submitted early have the highest probability of acquiring a slot in our queue. Due to high demand we cannot accept all orders. Our goal is to take only a small number of new commissions each opening to help keep our wait times reasonable.
quotes
We issue quotes for custom commissions during our order openings. Your quote is valid only for the order opening it is issued. We offer general pricing information on our Ordering Info page. This is a general guide to our pricing, and prices vary depending on multiple factors including complexity and additional features.
payment
For payment methods we accept: Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, Checks, or Money Orders.
We require a 30% nonrefundable deposit. The remainder is due the month of completion.
We also offer flexible payment plans, if paying in smaller increments is preferred. If it's more convenient for you or you do not have the full 30% deposit saved up, a payment plan may be the best option. More information is included with every accepted order email about our flexible payment plans.

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. Parents or guardians must place orders and work directly with us on behalf of those under 18.
deposit & payment
A 30% nonrefundable deposit is required before any work will begin on a custom order. The remaining balance is required month of completion or earlier unless other arrangements have been discussed with us. We also allow for paying in installments on a payment plan, which is covered in more detail below.
Payment plans
We offer flexible payment plans if placing the full deposit is not within your budget and you would prefer to pay in installments. We leave it up to you to determine the frequency of payment that best fits your needs. Payment plan commissions must be paid in full before construction of the suit will begin.
If you have chosen to pay for your order in installments, payments must be made regularly. We reserve the right to cancel or requote any order at our discretion if no payment has been made for 5 months or longer without notifying us to make arrangements. As with any commission, the 30% deposit amount is nonrefundable.
completion & deadlines
Orders accepted during our opening are for completion during a generalized timeframe. Our general queue does not have absolute deadlines, only estimations for completion.
If you are seeking a deadline, we offer guaranteed due dates at an additional cost. Guaranteed deadlines are always limited, so please keep this in mind when selecting a convention due date on the order form, we will confirm with you in your quote if the guaranteed slot is available.
Work in progress & Updates
We share work in progress photos only at certain milestones during the process, and final photos when your fursuit is complete. Work in progress and general updates are posted to our Twitter account or shared with you via email.
Reference & Art liberty
We offer both regular custom commissions that we build based on concept artwork you provide, and we also offer artistic liberty commissions. If providing your own fursuit ref art, the artwork must be clear, concise, and not be shaded so we can clearly see the color and design. You are commissioning us for our interpretation of your character design, and sometimes small simplifications will need to be made for functionality and workability in faux fur. If you make major changes to your design after providing a reference, it will incur additional charges.
Artistic liberty commissions allow us creative freedom over the final design. We will need basic information such as species, color, and expression preference. We do not provide sketches or artwork for approval for art liberty commissions, you are entrusting and allowing us full creative freedom over the design.
Measurements & DTDS
If your order is accepted, we will eventually require measurements and a duct tape dummy. We provide via email a measurement list and DTD instructions. If for some reason you are unable to provide a duct tape dummy, we can work solely from measurements for an additional fee. However, the fit will not be as accurate as the fit we are able to achieve using a DTD. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrectly made or late DTDs, our emailed instructions must be followed to ensure a proper DTD is constructed and provided at the appropriate time.
SHIpping & Delivery
We ship worldwide and can ship via any carrier: USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We do not cover shipping or customs charges. If your order is confirmed for a guaranteed due date, con delivery may also be an option for your order.
